  • On Your Terms: Need help? Call me when you need it – no long-term commitments here!
  • Perfect for the Random Stuff: Whether it’s a last-minute task or something that pops up unexpectedly, I’ve got you covered.
  • One Hour Minimum: Just a little commitment – one hour a month keeps the magic flowing.
  • Time? Tracked!: I’m a pro at keeping track of the hours, so no funny business.
  • New Clients: Pay up front for the first hour (just to keep things interesting), then the rest is invoiced when the work is done.

MONTHLY RETAINERS 

The Retainer Agreement 

  • Guaranteed Hours, No Surprises: You select a set number of hours each month, and I’ll be here for whatever you need. No last-minute scrambling.
  • VIP Treatment: Retainer clients jump to the front of the queue. 
  • Speedy Service: Your tasks? Turned around in 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday, obviously – I’m not running a 24/7 operation here).
  • Pay Upfront: I like to keep things simple. Your retainer fee is due in advance, covering you from the 1st until the last day of the month. No exceptions. No sneaky surprise fees, just straight-up value.
  • Use ‘Em or Lose ‘Em: Your hours come in neat little 5-hour blocks every month. If you don’t use ‘em, they don’t roll over – it’s like a fitness class, no carryovers!
  • Easy Out: Need to bail? No worries – just give me a month’s notice, and we’ll part on good terms.

  • Extra Hours: Need more time? No problem! Anything beyond your purchased hours will be charged at the going hourly rate and invoiced to you. Got to keep the lights on, right?
